30% advance on booking. 70% balance 45 days before travel for international packages. UPI / cards / bank transfer / EMI available.

Cancellation Policy

30+ days: 90% refund. 15–29 days: 60%. 7–14 days: 30%. <7 days: no refund. Visa refusals: 75% refund with documented proof.

EaseTours provides visa guidance and documentation support for all destinations. Visa fees are payable separately. Rejection is not the agency's responsibility but we assist with reapplication.

Child Policy

Under 2: free (lap infant). 2–5: 50% adult rate. 6–11: 75% adult rate. 12+: full adult rate.
